I had sent enquiry via your website bottom right corner where it says “Contact Us Leave a Message”. So it definately went to the right place …
And it was definately to wptouch.com via separate emails also.
I had actually replied to a previous response from a representative so it wasn’t emailed to the wrong place either!
email is kristin@ just look for that in your emails (there are about 10 of them ) and you should be able to find it easily.
Please look back for my enquiries and questions urgently please.
Please note that even though someone may be a FREE user for your FREE Plugin, this can lead to Sales of paid services, so I think that support should be given with quicker responses for free plugin users also (at least via email).
I am a developer and assess responses I get from different areas of support so then I know which plugin to purchase who have good and quick responses as opposed to other plugins that have very delayed responses or none at all. When we work on client jobs, we sometimes don’t have 1-2 weeks to wait for responses to meet deadlines.
Just some advice (especially from someone who was wanting to purchase something urgently) … I have found another alternative also as a backup, so let’s see how responses in the future.
Last time I purchased something, I never received the email confirmation so I could not download my product, couldn’t log into my account, couldn’t contact anyone, and was stuck for 5 days, and couldn’t complete my deadline with that purchase.
