    hi,

can I know if those locations is from different users or all is from one users?

I′ve got the same problem missing locations when logged out.

    See here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/location-maplist-show-different-results-when-logged-outattributes-not-working

In my case, I can only see locations that have events. Locations without events are missing. I didn′t set any attributes in the shortcode.

My locations and events are all same user… And mine also are only locations with events

Which version of Events Manager are you guys using? Thanks.

    Running 5.5.5, free version

Same here, running version 5.5.5. The problem also exists with version 5.5.4, but does not exist with version 5.5.3. So this might be a hint where problem originates from.

I tried this one and seems to be working fine; did you see any difference from the location showing and not showing when login and logout?

I tried various things and settings, but no other difference I could identify, apart from what was mentioned above.
It′s the shortcode for map and list that shows only locations with events. The default page set for showing all locations in settings (archive) has the same problem too.
As I wrote in the other thread: It seems like the attribute eventful=1 is automaticly added when I view the same site logged out. There are no other anomalies I could identify. 5.5.3 works perfectly and some change made in 5.5.4 causes the problem.

I can give you the address of my site and login-data via mail or PN if you like, so you can analyse further and may be able to replicate the error.

I may also mention that the missing locations have not only no future events set but have no events stored in the database at all (future or past).
I set up an event in the past with a location that had never had an event before and it shows in list and map! So this means only locations with no events at all are affected! Maybe spartaneity can confirm this.
I hope you are able to replicate the error wih this information.

Yes, I can confirm… All locations with no events, past or present show up in the location list or map.
If I downgrade to the previous version will I lose anything? What’s the procedure to downgrade?

you need to replace you EM copy under wp-content/plugins/events-manager (using ftp) and then using domain.com/wp-admin/options.php search for dbem_version and replace the value with the value you will find under events-manager/events-manager.php then search for EM_VERSION and use this as your dbem_version

was just looking for the 5.5.3 version and I can’t find it. Can you provide a URL?

    (@angelo_nwl)

you should be able to find the em version under wp-content/plugins/events-manager/events-manager.php then search for line define('EM_VERSION', 5.532); and go to https://domain.com/wp-admin/options.php and search for dbem_version and change the version

I was actually referring to the 5.5.3 install files so I can ftp them up to my server. Don’t I need the files from the previous version?
    Thanks again for your help
