Wp user front-end and categories

Hi im new to making website and i think im doing alright at the moment. I have the site down for maintenance until its spot on, with the help of some plugins i think my site is going alright.

This issue im having is I have used Restrict Categories By Matthew Muro to make it so that only certain members can post to a specific category. It works fine in the dashboard area of the website but i want to keep members in the front end of the website. Posting from the front end seems a bit more professional and understandable. I have installed WP User Frontend By Tareq Hasan to try and make posting a new post easier to understand. The problem is i have created a page titled new post, like it suggest and it works fine except that it doesn’t work with the Restrict Categories plugin. So users can post to all categories.

Is there a way or a different plugin that allows members to post from the front end but only into selected categories. Not just one though.
