• I created a four-page registration form using the WP User Frontend Pro plugin and have already published it.

I set the URL of the second page of the registration form to be redirected to after the first page is successfully submitted, as shown in Figure 1.

However, when I tried to register, after filling out the first page and clicking submit, a message popped up saying “You are already logged in!”, as shown in Figure 2.

At this time, I was trying to register on another computer and had not performed any login operations before.

But after clicking submit, the message “You are already logged in!” still popped up.

I tried to change the URL of the second page to Baidu’s website: https://www.baidu.com.

When registering on the front end, clicking submit on the first page will automatically go to the URL https://www.baidu.com.

    <font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”><font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>这是怎么回事?</font></font>

I suggest you add a function to export and save the settings, and import them for use, because the settings of this plugin are too complicated.

    Hi @niulai,

Thank you for taking the time to share your awesome feedback with us!

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with the WP User Registration Plugin and WP User Frontend Pro plugin while setting up a multi-page registration form. Specifically, you’re encountering a “You are already logged in!” message after submitting the first page of the form, even though you haven’t logged in.

Based on your description, it seems like the system might mistakenly identify you as logged in. This could happen due to a few potential reasons:

    1. Plugin or Theme Conflict: There might be a conflict with another plugin or theme. Please temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to check if the issue persists. If the problem resolves, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
    2. Custom Code or Modifications: If there are any custom modifications or custom code added to your theme or plugins, these could potentially interfere with the registration process. Review any customizations for potential issues.
    3. Security Plugins: Some security plugins may restrict certain actions for logged-out users, causing unexpected behavior. If you have any security plugins active, check their settings or temporarily disable them.

If you are still having the problem, then kindly contact us through?the website?for further assistance.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I tried to change the URL address on the second page to Baidu’s website: https://www.baidu.com.

When submitting the first page during front-end registration, it will automatically go to the URL https://www.baidu.com.

    I don’t know what’s going on?
