WP ver 4.4.1 files and sizes

Hi folks!
Where to find a list for “standard” WP files which NOT are to be any modification or size changes? If I could arrange this list of files and compare the file size with WEB files and size?

It could be a great help to locate why my WEB site still are infected, every time, some hours after I FTP upload my clear site files. Even my 3 plug ins protection security software did not sense the change. And yes, my files as I uploaded, I suppose this are free for infection, as it are sometimes 3 h as free page for malware, sometimes up to 9 h. My protection plug ins did not sense some harmed, but my Bitdefender Internet security protection give warning.

I think a good next step, are to ask my WEB hotel server to take an action to determine what files are harmed.
