WP Video Lightbox Bug in Chrome

Hello, I am experiencing a bug for WP Video Lightbox in Chrome. I am using Youtube video and when clicking thumbnail to open the lightbox, it opens up 2 windows, (the video and then a second window behind the video). When I close the top youtube video, the window behind it is still there are shows an error message. Has anyone experienced this issue?
