WP Video Lightbox – NS_ERROR_FAILURE

Hi I’ve installed the plugin and its functioning however the video playback is restarting / repeating / reloading and fails to play the entire track.

I’ve tried Vimeo and Youtube feeds to no resolve. Using httpwatch i can see the error NS_ERROR_FAILURE
