We are using a CDN to deliver our assets which is been pointed to the subdomain of the main domain. But I’m unable to access the file through the plugin. I assume the plugin identifies the CDN as an external host.

We are using the Azure Blob service to save our assets. And the assets are delivered through an Azure CDN.

When creating the tour the images are stored without any problem. Once I preview this or apply the shortcode, It’s alerting me that “The file **Filename** could not be accessed.”

I need to know whether this issue would be resolved in the paid version(Licenced version) of the plugin? Would the licensed version give us access to our CDN?

    Thank You

  • Hi @malindabbw ,

You see, we don’t have the support for externally hosted images yet.

That’s why you’re facing this issue.

Hopefully, we’ll bring support for externally or cloud-hosted images in the plugin in one of our future updates.

You can also add this feature request to the Ideas section of our roadmap here: https://rextheme.com/wpvr-roadmap/

    Regards,
