WP Woocommerce database problem (termmeta doesn't exist)

    Hi,

    When I would like to make a backup from my website with Duplicator, it found a warn in my database. I tried to fix it, but I can not. The error message was: “wp_woocommerce_termmeta: Table ‘a-wor-rer-u-023991.wp_woocommerce_termmeta’ doesn’t exist”

    All my plugins have been updated, my WooCommerce version: 2.6.3, Duplicator version: 1.1.14

    Has anybody any idea how can I fix it?

  • Just to validate are you getting this error during the creation of the package or when your trying to install it?

    Hello,

    Only during the creation of the package.

    Are you getting the message in the scanner step or in the log file? You might checked to see if that is actually a valid table in the database. I haven’t ever really ran across that particular message if you want to submit a ticket and refer to this thread I can have a look at your setup…

    Hi,

    When I start to build a package, the Duplicator is scanning my website. There was a warn in the database. There is an option to fix the database, but it can’t do it. When I saw the log file, there was this error message.

    That is a odd… If you want to submit a support ticket I can take a look. Please refer to this thread.

    Hi timroskams,

    The quick answer for this is that in most cases the Mysql versions between servers may be too far out of sync. You should contact your host or provider and have them update mysql to a more recent version like 5.6 or better… Checkout this question on the FAQs page I believe it may help or provide some clues about this issue:

    If your a bit technical a work-a-round that has worked for some people is:

    – Updated the SQL file replacing ‘utf8mb4’ with ‘utf8’
    OR Try
    – Update the wp_config.php as dbcharset to ‘utf8’
