WP XML-RPC functionality

  • What are the uses of WP XML-RPC functionality? What are the vulnerabilities?

    I’m using a plugin that allows us to enable or disable it called All-in-One Firewall Security? Is it OK to block it?

    It doesn’t allow Jetpack to connect to the server when it’s blocked.
