WP2.0 db recognition

    To run the WPG2 plugin, it’s recommended to place wordpress and gallery2 in the same database. I’m told that

    <quote>…the problem is WP gets confused with what DB it should be opening and tries to access WP tables from what ever DB is open at the time rather than correctly opening up the WP DB.. </quote>

    However, it’s uncertain if that is still an issue in wp2.0.

    Anyone know???

    i’m curious My host requires that wp and gallery2 in seperate db’s…i put them in the same database and the whole database disapeared
