WP2.1 and WP-CACHE 2.1 on Windows/IIS

    Has anyone managed to get the WP-CACHE plugin working on WordPress V2.1, on a Windows/IIS setup yet?

    If so – can you please tell me how? I’m desperate to get caching working on my site, but it’s impossible because the plugin assumes a Linux setup as far as I can see so the automated install doesn’t work.

    Help?
