    Hi,

Not sure which plugin has conflict with WP2Static. I am not able to use this plugin anymore. All the 3 buttons (start static site export,….) have been grayed out with below error message. Any idea what causes this? Thanks!

    Hi @pwssupport,

Can you please ensure you have PHP version 7.2 or higher.

And check if there are any error messages showing in your web server’s logs.

It sounds like an incompatibility issue. Perhaps the plugin was updated from an older version or something changed on the server?

Failing that, you may try disabling other plugins and seeing if there is a conflict.

    Cheers,

    Leon

    Hi,

I upgraded our PHP from 7.1.30 to 7.2.10, but it is still showing the same error message as the first message. I also deactivated all other plugins and error still exists. There is no specific error in the log file related to this plugin.

We did upgrade this plugin from older version. So, do you have any recommendation to resolve the compatibility issue if this is the root cause? Thanks!

    WordPress version: 5.2.3
    WP2Static version: 6.6.6

Updates: the plugin seems to be working now after I select ZIP Archive from manual deployment selection. The reason I tried to select different way to export the site is because it keeps appending extra “https” to the static page for the URLs.
