WP4.2.2 short code does not work

I installed this plugin and short code does not work in my page editor.

maybe I used too many plugins to cause this problem? like Page Builder by SiteOrigin

also menu only work for right side bar with desktop version. When I switch to mobile version menu does not work. I used pure simple theme.

I really really like piwigo and it’s great if this plugin can be work at WP.
