WP4.4 / SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

  • Thank you for this update, Ross (webaware). I have copied the bundle crt file to my includes/certificates folder, but it had no effect. Forgive me for being a noob, but is there a specific sequence I am supposed to use to help this process stick?

    It worked the first time, but then I refreshed the page and it stopped working.

    Just to be clear, you were / still are getting that SSL certificate error about local issuer certificate? Also, did you get the ca-bundle.crt file from the Kent Brockman comment?

    Please note that this is resolved with the WordPress 4.4.1 update.
