WP5.5 Update: Widget Center Not Working Properly

  • After updating to WordPress 5.5 I noticed that the widget area underneath appearance doesn’t really work anymore, help please.

    There’s likely a script error caused by a plugin or your theme. Check you browser console for error messages. You may be able to discern which module the error is from by the message. If not, switch themes and deactivate plugins to narrow down the cause.
