wp_actionscheduler_actions table does not exist

    after updating version 2.3 to 2.31 in a WP version 5.3.2 and php 7.0, the incorporation of products to the cart stopped working.

    the message was that the wp_actionscheduler_actions and wp_actionscheduler_groups table did not exist

    I went back the update and everything works fine.
