    Hello,

I’m trying to improve the speed of my backend/admin panel. And it seems that your plugin sometimes calls a function/query that seems useless to me : wp_count_posts() (example : when i am on the admin order edit page)

Can you confirm if this is important or not ? If not, how could i deactivate it, and let it run only when really necessary ?

A code in functions.php or an update of the plugin would be great.

    Thanks

    Hello there,

    Good day!

We’re here to assist you with this.

Please update the plugin to the latest version (5.7.9). Then, navigate to Admin Dashboard → Instock Notifier → Settings → Troubleshoot Settings (Experimental) → Hide Subscriber Count (Admin Side) and enable this option. Once done, check if the issue is resolved.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I have updated the plugin to v5.7.9, and have enabled the option : Hide Subscriber Count (Admin Side). There is no counter on Admin Side, indeed, but :

    1. i didn’t have the problem at the time ?? (see first screenshot)
    2. the query still executes (see screenshot here below)

Can you dig further please, to avoid the query to execute ?

    Thanks
