WP_DEBUG issues

There are many WP_DEBUG messages with WP 4.0.1…
After authorizing and saving all settings as the defaults, I saw these messages:
Notice: Undefined index: availableGalleries in /wp-content/plugins/smugmug-embed/includes/SmugMugEmbedSettings.php on line 32
Notice: Undefined index: availableSizes in /wp-content/plugins/smugmug-embed/includes/SmugMugEmbedSettings.php on line 33
Notice: Undefined index: availableClickResponses in /wp-content/plugins/smugmug-embed/includes/SmugMugEmbedSettings.php on line 34I saw these same notices in the “Embed from SmugMug” media insert area from the post editor.

I WAS able to insert an image at this time.
Then I went back to SME settings to be able to choose link-to and image-size options. After setting those (another WP_DEBUG message), the SME media insert would not work. Messages:

Additionally, SME only displays images, not videos. If you select something you know is a video, it’ll really only display the video thumbnail image on the page.
