WP_DEBUG Notice

    Enabling WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php using define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    gives following 2 notices.

    Notice: wp_register_script was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.3.0.) in /storage/d5/528/10539/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4137

    I dont have great knowhow of wordpress stuff but, I guess its nothing to worry, right?

    Since its not inside the themes folder, I guess its not a theme related issue probably. In which case I m sorry. In either case pl do let me know whats happening.
