wp_get_theme is only supported only by 3.4

the plugin breaks with wordpress version 3.1 and i assume earlier than 3.4 because the function wp_get_theme wasn’t defined https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_get_themesMaybe fix it, since you claim 3.1 compatibility.
