wp_load_alloptions slow query

Do you have a very large WordPress options table?
The bigger the table, the longer it takes.
How often does the query run?
Is it possible to cache the query / use a transient?

@carike My options table is 3.5MB with 960 rows.
I don’t know exactly how often it runs as it is run from the wordpress core.

Is it only the one specific query that is slow?
How are you measuring the speed / performance?

There may be a number of options that do not need to be autoloaded.
If all of your options are currently being autoloaded, it seems that you have reached the suggested limits in the article.
