wp_mail filter is not getting applied

    Hello!

    We are trying to inject BCC on the header of the email.
    This can be done via the wp_mail filter.
    But even so, our BCC is not getting implemented so we looked into the code.

    I can see that the plugin has tried to call and reference this filter in a varaible but failed/forgot to actually use it.
