wp_nav_menu Make the first letter of the word much bigger font

you might need to adapt the CSS for the menu;
example:

#catnav li a { display: inline-block; }
#catnav li a:first-letter { font-size: 30px; font-weight: bold; color: darkblue; }

to be added via the custom CSS section of your theme;
