WP_Options table in phpmyadmin or MySQL keep increasing

  • Hi
    I have been using the WP for my website and since 3 weeks the website crashed the server i found it was because of the WP_Options is keeping increasing (75GB) and is so strange because we don’t have much data on our website, i would like to know how to stop it or what can i clean to protect my server from another crash…..
    I need your help if any one have face the same issue?
