After wp 3.0 upgrade everything was fine for 2 hours then got –
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 199

I started disabling plugins through FTP with nothing happening. So I went into phpMyAdmin and started dropping what I thought were old plugin sql tables and thought wp_options was a plugin that previously caused conflict and was removed. I dropped/deleted the wp_options table by mistake.

I uploaded wp 3.0 again and when process tries to rebuild database it I gives me this error – wp_options: Table ‘XXXXXX_wrdp1.wp_options’ doesn’t exist.

Never had this before – is wp_options table part of previous db backup or what? I have db backup from right before I updated to wp 3.0
