Wp_Options Transient Slowing Site

Definitely install the Pods Alternative Cache plugin if you start scaling your site but don’t utilize object caching. Even if your object cache is configured, it can still be helpful to separate it to the two caches.

Or do you just activate it and that’s it?

That’s right, you just activate and that’s it.

You should notice your whole admin and site running tons quicker.

That’ll work great too, this plug-in was built to Support scaling HUGE Pods configs on WPEngine. It works everywhere else too, but that’s what I initially needed to build the plug-in to help with.
