• Hello,

As I had this problems few times already, I would like to know if someone can find a reason ?

After bulk updating posts on a clean install, the database crashed and when checking MySql I see:
    wp_posts doesn’t exist

It is also not possible to restore the database from the panel, my host needs to do it manually.

A reply that I received is:
innobdb can be a bit sensitive with issues like this, and it might be better to run the table as a ‘myisam’ table

Do you know this problem and is it safer to run run the database as a ‘myisam’ ?

    Thank you for your help.

Is the table totally gone or corrupt and possibly repairable?

Losing a table entirely speaks to a MySQL server problem that your host should address.

    hello,

The table was corrupt and not repairable.

It’s not the first time that it happens on different websites: doing a bulk update of 200 products crashes wp_post or wp_postmeta or even wp_users.

Am I the only one to have this problem already few times ?

    Thank you.

Your host’s mysql server is not properly configured if this crashes it.

By the way, why do you have two ids, “makeonlineshop” and “makeonlineshops”?
