wp_register_style not fixed yet?

I’m getting a PHP notice about
wp_register_style()not being hooked properly,mouseflow-for-wordpress.phpline 11.I’m using version 5.0 of the plugin. There’s a couple of threads here which I assume have been falsely marked as ‘resolved’:
