Hello, Im not a coder or a developer. I have an issue with the scanning process. My scan always failed. I have checked on few stuffs until I saw this error in the Diagnostic tab. Please help solve this issue. So that I could do the scan again. Here is few changes that I have tried to check before I found this error.

    1) I have changed max execution time first to 15 then 240 (80% from 300)
    2) I have checked AJAX. Found 0 in the top left corner.
    3) I have W3 Total Cache which I had disabled database cache.
    4) I did send email report after enabling debugging option. I also sent the email activity log.

    Everything still not working.

Whenever I scan, I will get this error.

  • Hey @execo,

This is something you’re going to want to reach out to your host and/or Cloudflare about. The error below indicates you may not have a valid SSL certificate, the port 443 isn’t open, or other server configuration issues. If you Google the error below it will lead you to Cloudflare documentation about this.

    525: SSL handshake failed

Once this issue is resolved if you’re still having issues with the Scan please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
