WP_SITEURL output in page, rather than value of WP_SITEURL

Sharebar is dumping ‘WP_SITEURL’ into the links, rather than the value of WP_SITEURL.
Example:
https://twitter.com/search?q=WP_SITEURL%2F2013%2F05%2Fwind-farm-approved-with-condor-provisions%2FSite is newly hosted on Godaddy, plugin was working correctly on previous host.
Any thoughts?
