    Hi @giorgos93, thanks for your question.

    This temporary table was added in a recent plugin release in order to improve the performance of the user counts calculation that drives the table at the top of the Login Security > Settings page.

    Temporary tables should be dropped automatically when all connections disconnect from the database, so there should be no issue in dropping it yourself – but note that it may return in future.

    But, please note that wordfence is deactived, and when I run:

    mysqlcheck --all-databases
    
    

    It show:

    mysite_com_AtxdyVmk.wp_wfls_role_counts
    note : The storage engine for the table doesn't support check

    Is it safe to delete the table?
