1. Do you have a database prefix set for WordPress? If yes, then you should see a table that matches your database prefix like a wp_xyz_yoast_seo_meta table instead.
2. Are you seeing any PHP errors or database errors that mention the wp_yoast_seo_meta table?
3. Are you using the latest version of Yoast SEO 14.9? If you’re using any version below 14.0, we recommend updating so that Yoast SEO can create the tables.
4. Has Yoast SEO scanned your SEO data? You can go to SEO > Tools and check whether there is a green checkmark under “SEO Data”. If not, please click the button to allow Yoast SEO to speed up your site and create the tables.
