wpa_field_info hammering admin ajax

Hi, my firewall (ninjafirewall) keeps alerting like this:

12/May/22 12:13:25 #6061 MEDIUM - my.ip POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php - Blocked access to admin-ajax.php - [bot detection is enabled] - mysite.com

I checked the hits with Amuga Ajax Log and see more than 5000 hits in a week due to wpa_field_info ; in the same time I had 980 heartbeat
(while WPA stats tell me an all time of about 1200)

What is the issue ?
