/wpadmin site will not load

Hi,

I am having problems with my wordpress site. The site is https://obankanglee.com
When I load the site I am receiving some lines of code at the top of page. These are:

Warning: include(/home/gavin891/public_html/obankanglee.com/wp-includes/images/wlw/system.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gavin891/public_html/obankanglee.com/wp-config.php on line 67

I am unable to access the /wpadmin page as when I enter it in the browser it is giving me the same errors as above.

I have manually disabled the plugins through the File manager and this did not make a difference. I have also cleared my cache.

If anyone could help out I would really appreciate it!
