    Hello

    i bought ten days ago WpAllImport plugin, pro version compliant with woocommerce. They mention support within 24 hours. I wrote them 7 times in one week no answer till now. I m really disappointed, cause this is not the free version. I asked then a re imbursement, cause this is not working as i imagined…still no answer!

    My problem :
    – i create categories in woocommerce, for example “cat_name”
    – when i import a csv file for woocommerce products with WpAllimport, on the exact slug names of the categories i created before (import of multiple categroies for one product, separated with comma), it creates duplicated categories such as “cat_name-2″…means it is impossible to update information on products…and manage a store with these new categories created

    please help!

    Send me your e-mail address you sent the ticket from and I’ll look up the ticket and reply to it immediately.

    We’ve had a backlog this week so our average reply time has been slower than 24 hours.

    Also, our ticket system displays tickets in the order of last reply.

    So if you e-mail us every day for 7 days in a row it will keep bumping your ticket to the end of the list and we’ll never get to it.

    Sorry about that.
