WPbackup Hung

    Hi
    My WPbackup is hung while it compression my files to Gzip
    There seems to be a relevant folder on ftp but is it ok?
    here is the error log below.
    Could it be my php memory limit or maybe a permission issue?

    Hi @largejonnyj,
    Please enable debug log,BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated, after that, try with Zip archive instead, is there any difference?
    If it still not works, give me the latest log file at BackWPUp -> logs.

    The BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug are greyed-out and apart from resetting them i can change anything.
    I changed to Zip but the problem persisted hanging at 42%.
    Is the a problem with my copy of the plugin?

    hmm, not able enable debug log is weird, please try to uninstall then reinstall the plugin.
    After that, try to run the job again, is that helps?

    I have reinstalled Wpbackup plugin and changed the log to debug etc.
    It has hung after 39%
    Hope this works..

    My Wp memory limit is 40MB should this be the problem?

    Hi @largejonnyj
    Try to increase WP memory limit to about 512mb and set Maximum Script Execution Time to 25 secs ( BackWPup -> Settings -> Jobs -> Maximum Script Execution Time ).
    After that, run the job again.
