WPBakery

I am trying to work this out with WP Bakery (formerly Visual composer) and the menu is literally duplicating and triplicating the moment the browser is resized (mobile responsive?) Before I drop a dime on the menu (which I really like) I would like to know if/how this can be integrated. WP Bakery is a huge and very largely utilized builder so hope there is some solutions. (Also, the Theme I am using is by gt3 themes– Wizeedu.) Thanks for feedback!
