We had this built and I am not subscribed to their service any more.
I am adding a new page using the temples provided. It is 2 years old and the company doesn’t exist and so I am seeking to resolve my troubleshooting here…

Unfortunately, we do not support WPBakery here. After 2 years, you may need to purchase an update. The company (wpbakery.com) still exists.
