WPBakery Page Builder row element error

    Hi,
    This is just to inform, that WPBakery Page Builder has an error on the row element. When using a Full height row image as a cover, it appears double if I combine at the same time two responsive options. The first row has the content for desktops and the second for mobiles. Although it is informed to disconnect the row on the correspondent device, the cover image still appears.

  • WPBakery Page Builder is a commercial plugin.

    Please contact the vendor directly for help, as we don’t have the plugin files to install and offer you any support.

    Note that this plugin is often bundled with commercial themes. So if you don’t have a license and yours came with your theme, you’ll need to contact your theme’s vendor rather for help.

    Hi George,
    Thanks for your answer. I thought they had a forum.
    In this case, (I have to pay $56 to inform them about the bug), I prefer to share the solution I made with the community. Use Specific Content For Mobile (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/specific-content-for-mobile/) for the conflict pages.
