WPC Product Bundles and WPC Price by User Role CONFLICT

  • When I assign a discount percentage for a specific role, the bundle price is displayed correctly, but at checkout, the price is incorrect. Essentially, the cart subtotal price is not the same as the order confirmation subtotal price. Doing the math, I noticed that it adds up the individual products within the bundle (with a 20% discount, as per the rule of the role) and then the price of the entire package is added to the whole.

    I have sent a report to our developers about this case. They will check and release a new update to fix this as soon as possible. Kindly check back when you see a new update for this plugin.

    I have sent a request to our developers to ask for the confirmation on this case. They said the issue was fixed with the recent updates of both plugins.

    Maybe you will need to open your bundles and press the Update button once before clearing the caches to check on your site. I also did a test on our test site to make sure the discounts applied properly on bundles.
