WPC Product Bundles search

    Hi,

    When searching for products to add to the bundle the search cannot find any products to add.

    We just get: No results found for

    We have changed the search settings too

    Can you help? ??

    We’re happy to help, but could you please be more specific about the search settings you’ve set for product bundles and bundle data in the back end by sending me some screenshots? Or you could send a link to your bundle so that I can take a quick check on your product.

    Please note if I change the search settings to any combination it doesn’t show the products to add to the bundle

    Hi @alanbakerndp ,

    I think I found the culprit of your issue :D. You should disable the Search exact option, as this will only display the results when you type in the whole title of your products, which takes into account even the uppercase letters and all kinds of symbols as well. Normally the titles are very long and complicated, so I suggest that you should change it to “No”. Although we provide this option, but only some special products can apply this search method :). Well, this should solve your problem.
