wpcf7_is_ajax_call taking 6 seconds

Hello,

As you can see in https://www.smartkiss.net the load of the forms in the footer is taking too much time like 8 seconds, and for example https://www.smartkiss.net/blog is taking 12 seconds because i have two contact forms. Is there idea what can be done ?
