    Hello

It seems Download Monitor plugin is not developped/supported by Never5 anymore? Was it bought par Wpchill? Is it the same team with another name?
Can you confirm/explain/clarify, give some information?

The last update broke all my “Global Rules” in “Advanced Access Manager” (they were reversed, and it became impossible to drag/drop them to change their ordering, so I have to rewrite all of them). Is it fixed in 4.0.3 update?

    One more thing:
At the bottom of https://www.download-monitor.com/pricing/, please follow “Do you provide support?” then Let us know!

    Best regards

  • Hello @jean-michel-ferrard,

    Thanks for reaching out!
We purchased the plugin from the previous owner, Never5, last year in March. It is now supported and developed by our team, WPChill.

Thanks a bunch for reporting that bug and the issue with the contact link.
I went ahead and replaced the link with the correct one.
Regarding the bug, apologies for the trouble. I opened a ticket regarding it so our dev team can fix in our next update.

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Thank you Mihaela

I missed the transition from Never5 to Wpchill, and was worried when I discovered the “Global rules” bug. But I’m confident you will maintain this excellent plugin (is Barry Kooij still participating?)

At the moment, Barry is not participating.
We do plan on maintaining and improving the plugin??

After the last update, everything is fine now. Thank you ??
