WPCloudy & WordPress Transients – not refreshing

Hi there,
This plugin is not refreshing it data, I’ve been in touch with the developer & he mentioned it makes use of the WordPress Transients API – is there some way I can exclude this from W3 Total Cache so I don’t have this issue (if I purge the widget from the cache it refreshes – so it’s obviously a caching issue).
