[Plugin: WP.com Stats] not working

  • I installed the WP.com stats plugin and it asked me for an API Key. I searched it and fill it in the correct field. I saved it and then the plugin appeared on the dashboard, next to the main page. There were no visits and I thought that it could take a while to the plugin to make them appear, but that was 3 days ago and it’s not working yet.

    Anyone know which one is the problem?

    I have had wordpress stats for the past 6 months and has worked perfectly with no problem at all. This morning it seemed to have died. The graph is there but no referrers and search traffic. I am driving adwords traffic so this is not possible. Also it says busiest day is Jan 1 1970.
    I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it using same API key. No luck. I have this same problem on another non related domain as well. I would appreciate any help. I love this plugin and have used it to my advantage a lot. Since it worked from day one I don’t think it is the footer include problem.

    It’s me again the problem seems to have sorted itself out by itself. No idea how. Anyway it is back and working and I am very happy ?? Love this plugin

    oh, excellent. lgedeon was spot on. added <?php wp_footer(); ?> and stats work. thanks.
