wpdb::prepare was called incorrectly

    I have installed version 2.2.1 of this plugin, and added the following shortcake to a page: [bsk-pdfm-pdfs-ul id=”1″].

    However when I navigate to the page I get the following error message (with debug on):

    Notice: wpdb::prepare was called incorrectly. The query argument of wpdb::prepare() must have a placeholder.

    Any idea why I am seeing this?
