wpdiscuz (creating a cookie that begins with wp)

I did a bit of digging with my Pressable hosted website.
This topic was brought up:

wpdiscuz (creating a cookie that begins with wp)

So, they are running batcache on their hosting stack and I’m not sure if that even makes a difference at all.

But how can we prevent the aforementioned wp_ cookie so that we can get a cached page? Perhaps, is there a setting somewhere within wpdiscuz which we can toggle that prevents the page from being cached from the wp_ cookie?
