WPDM Tags widget not working

The WPDM Tags widget is not working on my home page. I have several WPDM tags created and at least one package for each tag but they are not displaying on the page. Also, when I add the widget to the page, what displays are the words “about” and “Home”, neither of which are actual tags. I have deleted the widget and re-added it to the page but the same words are still showing up.

If I exit the page in the admin and go back in, the tags are correctly displayed but do not display on the front end.

What is going on here?
