    Hi imtino,
I’m sorry but not. This has an important role. As you know wpDiscuz pagination is an AJAX pagination, you click on [Load More] button and load other comments. So in case you want to open a certain comment and it’s not in loaded comment list this URL part pass a variable to core functions and loads that comment. Without this URL part you’ll not be able to open a certain comment using that comment URL.
We’ll consider to change this to (#) anchor in future releases. Something like this https://mywebsite.com/url/#cid253

Thank you for answering my question with details. I think the # anchor will be awesome. When in the future will you think that happen?

Hello, to follow up with this question, is there any way to change the Settings for wpDiscuz to eliminate the usage of “?wpdParentID” parameters?

I know you’re saying that if you are using a Load More button option, then it needs to use ?wpdParentID, but what if you use the auto-load comments on scrolling setting instead, would that eliminate the ?wpdParentID usage?

Or does it not use ?wpdParentID if you do not use the either Load More or auto-load options and just display all of the comments upon initial load?

I’m worried about duplicate content issues. I just adjusted my URL Parameters in the Google Search Console to Not Crawl any URLs with ?wpdParentID in them, but it was definitely picking them up and causing some Server Error issues that I received.

Please let me know. Thank you very much. I obviously want my site to load faster by not loading all of the comments at once, but I would like to avoid the use of ?wpdParentID at the same time.
